Mgr. Kamil Antonín Vondrouš
In psychotherapy, I support adults who find themselves going through a challenging life period or want to better understand their experiences, relationships, and inner world. I work with clients individually as well as in group therapy.
I meet with people who are dealing with relationship difficulties, psychosomatic problems, long-term stress, or burnout. I also help clients manage anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma, and the search for identity and life direction. An important part of my work is sensitive engagement with issues of sexuality and intimacy, which many people find difficult to open up about.
In therapy, I offer a safe space for slowing down, understanding, and gradual change.
I am a certified psychotherapist, a member of the Czech Association for Psychotherapy, and a candidate of the Czech Society for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

My Approach
I draw primarily from psychoanalytic and psychodynamic traditions, while integrating elements of other therapeutic approaches when they serve the client. I believe that meaningful change happens through the relationship between therapist and client — in an atmosphere of trust, honesty, and mutual respect.
Therapy is not about giving advice. It is about creating a space where you can hear yourself think, feel what you actually feel, and discover what matters to you.
